Shipping policy

 

At kella.in, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in the shortest possible time. We partner with some of the best logistics companies in India to ensure that your orders are delivered to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner.

Delivery Timeframe: We process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Orders can take between 3-7 business days to deliver, depending on the location and the shipping option selected at checkout. In case of any unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, lockdowns, or any other events beyond our control, the delivery may be delayed. We will keep you informed of any such situations.

Delivery Charges: For orders below ₹ 500, a delivery charge of ₹ 40 will be charged. However, for orders above ₹ 500, shipping is free. The delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout, and you will be informed of the same before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking: You can track your order status by logging in to your account on www.kella.in. You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Partners: We work with some of the best logistics companies in India to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Our shipping partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and more.
